WHAT ARE THE BENEFITS OF CANNABIS-INFUSED YOGA?

My only goal is to help students return to their true nature through this practice.

Cannabis-infused yoga is an ancient practice that combines traditional yoga asana with the slowing, stress relieving, contemplative, and pain alleviating properties of cannabis — creating a practice that incorporates the body, mind, breath, and spirit. It’s from this embodied space that we can begin to return to our essence.

Cannabis’s natural ability to promote euphoria, form new neural pathways, and deepen presence of mind makes cannabis-infused yoga useful for students who are new to yoga, as well as seasoned practitioners looking to explore a deeper limb of their practice.

I'VE NEVER CONSUMED CANNABIS BEFORE, CAN I STILL JOIN?

My classes offer a period of guided smoking that encourage conscious consumption, making this a safe space for you to experience cannabis for the first time. My advice when consuming cannabis is the same for everyone regardless of experience– start with a lower dose than you think you need and wait ten minutes between puffs to see the full extent of the effects. You can always consume more, but you cannot consume less.

I'M NEW TO YOGA AND MEDITATION, CAN I STILL JOIN?

Classes are accessible for all levels and experiences, just be sure to let me know beforehand if you have any physical limitations or injuries.

DO I HAVE TO CONSUME CANNABIS IN ORDER TO JOIN YOUR CLASSES?

No one is required to consume cannabis in order to join and enjoy my classes. I teach with an elevated state of consciousness in mind, but anyone who desires an embodied, accessible, and spiritual yoga practice will benefit from joining.
