I specialize in using physical yoga poses, meditation, and breath work to create a personalized practice for your needs and goals, while facilitating a deeply nourishing experience.

- Understanding the foundations of yoga
- Developing confidence to practice in group settings
- Creating a practice for your physical needs and goals
- Tailoring your practice to work around an injury or to benefit a sport or profession
- Cultivating a therapeutic practice to manage or improve specific health issues
- Receiving one-on-one attention in a private space
- Deepening meditation practice
- Learning pose breakdowns, whether you need special attention to master a challenging pose or perfect form in a fundamental pose
- Exploring yogic philosophy or unfamiliar styles of yoga
I offer private and semi-private guidance for individuals and small groups of up to three students. Classes are cannabis friendly.
